Payment Terms

  1. Membership Subscription covers the wash and style service and is charged on a monthly basis.
  2. Additional added services outside of the wash and style will be charged at the members rate 15% OFF.
  3. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made towards either membership option are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the billing date will result in a charge for the following period, and your membership will remain active until the end of that period.

Membership Cancellation

  1. To cancel your membership, you can do so online or contact us via info@hillstudio.ca at least 48 hours before your next billing date. This will allow us to process your cancellation without further charges.
